I didn't know where else to put this haha
I'm in gathering parts really fast for my engine build, so I need to find a good machine shop to get my work done at. I'm located in enumclaw, wa, but I'm willing to drive a bit if it's worth it. Thanks in advance!

Not sure if you’d want to drive all the way down to chehalis, but Barry’s Quality Machine down here here is pretty damn good.

I used Bearing Service Co in Portland, Oregon when I had the machine work done for my stroker 2.2. For the 2.0 I’m going to be using Gibson performance in Spokane, Washington.

Make sure the machine shop is very familiar with Subaru motors and whether they use a torque plate when machining, etc.

Torque plates in place of both heads and a line bore of the crank mains. Don't rebuild a turbo Subaru block without doing this.

I don't know whether the machine shop I used to rebuild my motor used the torque plate or not. I found out about that afterwards. Which is why I suggest using someone that really knows Subaru motors.

I've had a couple blocks done at Action Machine in shoreline. Very professional, and I believe they use a torque plate if you ask.

I and a friend have used Action Machine in the past as well, with good results. This is when they were still in Kirkland though, not sure what has changed since they moved.
