Strut assembly swap
So I have a 94 ss and I found a really good deal on 04 wrx struts with lowering springs and I was wondering if anyone knew if the would fit or what I would have to do to make them fit?

Re: Strut assembly swap
OK I know the link isn't the clearest, but it is worth re-reading because it has info for your exact proposed combination.
The 02-03 and 04-07 WRX struts are the same hardware give or take. The tophats and springs are what make up the difference between the 02-03 and 04-07 WRX suspension, as well as the wagon rear springs are designed to carry more weight.
Remember, the 02-07 WRX sedans have a wider track than our car, so getting the alignment dialed in perfectly would be more of an issue. The 02-07 WRX wagons have the same track width as our cars and are a better bet if you can find them.
The very first thread in the link, deals specifically with your combination.
