Hi all,
Is it possible to adjust the rear toe on our cars? I bought my 93 turbo in February, and it's really been hard on the outside edges of the rear tires. My fronts are wearing evenly, it's just the rear that's bad. I can't think of another reason it would be wearing them like this.
Thanks
Ryan

i think the uneven wear pattern is from too much positive camber rather than toe... i could be wrong, is the worn area smooth or kinda chewed up? not sure of the proper way to adjust it however

toe is adjustable.....but as pointed out......I don't think it is the problem.
It sounds like camber. The rear is not "officially" adjustable....however they can usually loosen up the bolts and tweak things.
Or other cause could be from improper inflation or rotation.

Thanks for the input guys, if it would help I can email a picture to someone to host, to give an idea of what the wear is like. The tires have only been on the car for about 4500kms, Kumho 712s, running at 32psi all around. Visually camber looks good, I can't tell how the toe is though. A mechanic friend thought I likely had big toe in, I guess we shall see.
As for alignment shops, I have a friend who owns a suspension shop with an electronic alignment machine, I just didn't think it was adjustable in the back. I guess I'll have to have it looked at.

OK, here's a couple pics. The first is the right front, for a baseline comparison. The second is the right rear, which is a little worse than the left rear.
