RWD/Manual Swap Info

Post by Mr_man10gt »

Hey, all. Does anyone have an in-depth video or blog with pictures on every step to rear wheel drive convert and manual swap a Legacy? I do know the basic steps, but I have zero experience with this, and think it'll be a good quarantine project as I've got nothing else to do. Any help or leads would help me out immensely. Thank you

You're not gonna find a video or step by step guide for all of that in one place. I suggest searching internet wide for people who have done that and hit them up for knowledge. Then post your own guide on how to RWD, for the next guy who comes along and wants to do this.

There once was a guy on here who drove a RWD turbo legacy. He hasn't posted in years, but you might be able to contact him still.

Lastly, good luck! I've thought about rwd swapping one of my cars, but the AWD ness is precisesly why I have a Subaru instead of a SR swapped s13/whatever. But I can't hate on others who want to spend the time and money modifying their own car
