What should I run for rear brakes?

So I am for sure going to go with WRX 294mm rotor in the front, what I'm wondering about is what rear brake would be good to keep my brake force distribution about the same? Unfortunately the exl spreadsheet calculator hasn't been updated like this thread has and is about 10 years old....

If I run 2015 WRX brakes (I have a lead on some) so 294mm front and 286mm rears I'm guessing that would move my bias a little bit to the rear as the 290 H6 upgrade moves it 8% to the rear.

Another option is the 274mm rotor which is still a little bit bigger than the 266 stock rotors or the 278mmx18 vented rear.... do all of these use the same caliper? does the vented rotor use a wider caliper? Also does that 170 or 190mm parking brake matter? Like can those swap over or if I have a 170mm parking brake now am I limited to 170mm parking brake rotors?

I'm kind of liking the Forester XT 278x18mm rotors but I can't find a rotor/caliper combo for sale anywhere like I can with WRX and LGT brakes.

So the FHI 4-pot rear uses 290mm vented rotors? Am I right on that?

I guess what I wanted to do was 04-05 WRX brakes for more front pad options and they are close to the same price for rotors and calipers as my 93SS but the rears are the same size so it will move my bias forward quite a bit, so I'm looking for a little bit larger rotor to run in the rear.

Pretty sure the rear brakes from the newer cars don't fit. So use 00-04 legacy 290x10mm rotors. You need calipers from around 99-07 and then can just get the taller brackets and bigger rotor.

And yeah, the subaru 2-pots use a 290x18mm rotor, as does the 05-09 legacy gt.

Why don't they fit? So the H6 upgrade is the only thing that would fit?

I just bought calipers, rotors, brackets and pads for a 05 WRX for the front.

This is what I would like
"274x10mm (old)
There are two versions of this rotor. One old, one new. for 05-09 Legacy/Outbacks with a 170mm parking brake. The exception is the LGT and probably the 3.0R. The other version is on newer cars.
Applications:
05-09 Legacy/outback non gt (170mm brake, old style)
2012+ Impreza non-turbo
2014+ Forester 2.5i"

or this
278x18
New vented rear rotor on the 14+ Forester XT. Probably has a 170mm brake, but is vented. Would be an upgrade for cars with 274x10mm rotors.

Never mind I was looking at the wrong numbers the H6 (290mm) with WRX front only moves my bias 2% to the rear.... soooo vented or non vented?

Yeah, I don't have the newer stuff in the spreadsheet because of lack of information and compatibility. The H6 rears are going to be your best option IMO.

As for vented or solid, vented are cool, pun intended, but for a street car the solid is more than fine for the rears.

So just FYI for people searching this I went with 294mm front (WRX 929 pad shape) powerstop kit with new/re-man red calipers, pads and rotors and I'm going to run the 05+ legacy GT rear brakes (vented H6) rear or basically 06-07 WRX 4 pot rotors but with sliding 2 pot/1 pot calipers cuz I can't afford 4 pots right now, but if I upgraded I wouldn't necessarily need to swap rotors.
