those are nice shots. now take some pictures of the brown cloud over Denver and post that one also. or post a picture of daytime traffic on I-25 in Denver, or of Ski traffic on the weekend headed West on I-70, or ski traffic coming back East on I-70 on Sundays.

okay, will do, and you take some pictures of rusty cars, corn and soybean fields.
if you live in denver, you just have to work around the traffic, if your drive to work sucks, you leave earlier. If i left at 7:30 i could make it through the heart of denver in 10-15 minutes. If you want to go skiing, you leave at 6:45 and you can be at the lift at Copper Mountain when they open(8:30), leave at 2:00pm and beat the traffic coming back. Now the brown cloud is a problem, but as long as there is a good wind, it all blows to Kansas and Nebraska anyways.
Also, we live in Ft. Collins, away from ski traffic, brown clouds, bad rush hour traffic, and Boulder.

zing... but i understand about the traffic but with the kinda places you can go within an hour of most towns on the front range it is 100% worth the few downsides

L.A. traffic would put this all into perspective. And their brown cloud is MANY times larger.

Sounds like sour grapes to me. Every urban area in the country has the issues you choose to highlight. But not every state has all the other beautiful things we here in Colorado get to enjoy, and even the ski traffic can be defeated. The solution? Ski on Wednesday...

Sweet shots, and nice rides man!

I'm gonna agree with Bheinen74.... this place sucks! please, everybody - stay where you are! 8) :-D

(my drive to/fro work is 10mi of country backroads ;-) , and seriously, the brown cloud isn't usually that bad - neither is the ride to powder - I'm only on I-70 for 6 mi every weekend in the winter - WinterPark/Mary Jane is wicked, and so is the drive over Berthoud Pass  )
