Show Off Your Wheels and Tires

Post by CAV3MAN227 »

-I couldn't find a thread of just pics of wheel (rim) and tire fitment setups so I thought I'd start one.
-Post your pics and lets keep this going. Post multiple pics! If you change something, suspension, wheels, etc., post more pics!

RULES:
-Name of wheel.
-Size and offset.
-Tire size.
-Suspension.
-Fender or other body modifications.
-Post a picture.

-Joe

-Here's my 91 Legacy SS.
-2.5RS six spoke wheels.
-16x7 +53.
-205/55r16.
-Suspension is stock.
-No fender or body mods.

-These wheels will be my winter setup. Once summer comes and I have the funds I'll be looking for some decent aftermarket wheels. Right now, I have my eyes set on some XXR's, Rota's or Drag wheels. Something along the line of 17x8 +48 with a 225/45r17 tire.

This may be close to this thread, minus the tire/wheel info.

-I was just thinking this would give ideas on good wheel fitment. Still trying to decide for myself what to go with when summer comes around.

GD KYB's w/ STi pink springs. Slightly lower than stock. Too much spring and/or not enough damper. Handles well, rides like garbage truck.
205/50/16 Kuhmos on RS 16" six spokes.
93 legacy wagon L, 22T swapped (TW imitator) now with five forward speeds. (Gone, but never forgotten)

What year WRX are those KYB’s made for, been looking around for some adjustable shocks that’ll fit STi springs

Got some bronze 16x7 A-Tech Final Speed Erasers. Running 215/55 tires on them. Rubs a little bit on big dips but not during everyday driving. Love how the wheels match the 2-tone so well on the car!

'04-'05, I think. The KYB's I had were the GR2 model, which isn't adjustable. The AGX is, though. I've used them in the past and they're a good damper. If you're going with STi springs, stick with stock rates, the pinks are too much for the street.

BTW, your car looks nice. I like the wheels you have on it.

JimBos, can you get me the color codes for your wagon? I want to paint my wagon panda and I like that black.

Thanks!
