hello all,

need some help with the injector o-rings, etc. will the 04 sti injectors work with the stock o-rings? or will i need to get the injector spacer (16696AA000), and injector ring (16697AA000) per n2x4's write up.

am getting the fuel injector insulation for top of injector - 16607AA030 (4 total) and 16608aa020 (fuel injector seals 4 total).

thanks in advance.

All you need is the 92-94 n/a fuel rails, and 04 sti side feed yellow injectors with whatever o-rings that come on the injectors in stock form.

Nothing additional is needed.

thanks josh. should i go ahead and replace any of the fuel injector insulation bits for the top of the injector? i guess this is more for the rails the mounting points itself.

Refresh my memory on what you're calling the injector insulation bits?

There are little rubber pieces on the 92-94 rails. I did not replace them.

The sti yellow injectors have little gray caps. Those need to be removed in order to use them in the rails.

okay, i checked out these n/a legacy fuel rails. they look to have some rust in them. what can i use to clean them?

also, are the fuel injector holders interchangeable between the n/a and ss one? somehow, the set i got only got 3 of the 4 fuel injector holders.....

As I mentioned in my email, no the holders are different.

As for the rust....some light steel wool. There's probably some chemical you can use....but I'm not sure what it is.
