another one of thoes anoying tire size posts

im looking at a set of tires and am wondering if they will fit on stock wheels. they are 225/45-15. anyone think they will be too wide.

I can't say for certain but I'm going to say they will be too wide. They may physically fit but I don't think they'll perform as well as they should.

they will rub on big bumps I'm running 225/50/16 on my car lowered 1.5" and they rub
ver 4 STI 300hp VF23....now td04 :-( dam shaft 4.444 spec c trany LTD slip plated diff SOLD
2002 forester S sport 5spd STOCK for now.....

josh, from the look of your pics your using spacers of some kind that or the hubs you put in are pushing your tires out pretty far.

im just wondering if these tires will fit on the stock wheels themselves
