Is anyone running the Whiteline 22mm front bar BSF19X on their 93-94 SS?
In Whiteline's catalog it says the above bar will fit 92-97 BD,BG excluding Turbo. I found this bar for $120 new, and I think it might fit, but looking for some conformation.
The 22mm front bar for 93-94 SS in their catalog is BSF18X. I can't find this bar anywhere and the wait is 6-8 weeks from Aus.
Thanks,
Willie

Last December I took my turbo wagon out to PDM-- they had an
adjustable(20-22-24) rear bar and it was installed in half an hour.
However, on the wet and sometimes snowy roads the slight oversteer
was uncomfortable. The 20 front bar was ordered in January and it
was installed in Feb. Handling with 20 front and 20 rear is moderate
understeer and when the car is ready for some track time I can "dial"
out the understeer.
In the meantime, the improvement in handling is well worthwhile,
particularly with a load of camping gear and a couple of WW canoes
on the roof rack.
The guys a PDM dont get many calls for a front bar for the Impressa,
and next to none for a Legacy.

Don't they usually have a diameter of 22mm, and 3 mounting locations. The middle would be stock length, the front hole would be longer than stock (allowing lesser spring rate, more leverage on the bar), and the rear hole would be shorter than stock (allowing more spring rate, less leverage on the bar).JasonGrahn wrote:Such a pet peeve of mine.they had an adjustable(20-22-24) rear bar and it was installed in half an hour.
Can someone explain to me how one can adjust the actual thickness of the sway bar?
It's more of an "acts like a 20 or 24 bar" than an acutal adjustable bar.
At least that's my view.

Professor---Sorry I overlooked stating that it was Whiteline
bars, links and bushings, and that they make the stuff
to fit older Legacys.
BAC5.2-- That's how they adjust.
Very pleased with the results
