Kelowna enjoys a semi-arid climate with about 10 to 15 inches of precipitation
a year.
Vancouver is in a rain forest and part of the University grounds is still heavily wooded with some very fine trails for mountain biking. When I was out there yesterday morning there were snow flakes falling on the skunk cabbage-- never seen before.
Cold Spring is very good for turbo performance
