these will fit 90-91 Legacy's without any other modification. about 10k miles only on these. local buyers have priority. make decent offer. thanks!

will these lower a 90-91 legacy with stock struts as compared to the stock legacy springs.

they are supposed to, but here is a link of some info about it. i have never done it myself, but that is what i heard when i bought these.
