I am just going through my head wondering how much of a bitch its gonna be to put a ej22t into my 1990 legacy wagon. I know legacy777 has done it so maybe he knows, but I need a list off all the things needed for the swap. A lot of work I know, but It seems like you need a lot of random things that I have no idea about. I know i need all the censors and wiring and crap that goes with the engine. But will i need to make a custom drive shaft because of the different transmission? I just need to know basically everything about the engine swap and all the parts to see how much its gonna be, and if I can even do it. I really want to turn my wagon into a beast, but it seems like it gonna cost a LOT!!!! Considering I can't do it. Don't know enough about cars nor do I have a garage or shop I can do it in. So I really need to know what all goes into the swap so I can see if and when I will be able to do it.

I hate to sound like a stick in the mud here, but this has been covered rather extensively. If you do a search and then have additional questions I'd be happy to answer those. But most of the basic ones you are asking are relatively easy to find.

You don't need a garage to do it, just a rented engine crane and a parking space. Even unexerienced you could probably swap the long blocks in four hours. You don't even need a friend to help.

Just a word to the wise. While it is perfectly feasible to pull and install one of these engines in under 4 hours, my first time did take a full day. I would give yourself a full weekend to work out any unexpected hiccups as well.
Though I will vouche for the fact that this is definately something a novice can pull off. Just time and effort but it'll be worth it.

It's definitely a weekender at least to get it running again for a beginner, but the intimidating part of swapping blocks isn't so bad. But if you can take a day, that may not be a bad idea so you can pace yourself.

I want to add to the comments here. You can do this project in a weekend, or even swap a block in a few hours, however to do this swap "properly" and COMPLETELY, it will take you longer.
The front crossmember needs to be swapped out, unless you're planning to do a custom exhaust setup, so there's definitely more involved.
There's a few threads in the electrical forum regarding the electrical issues that need to be addressed. If you have ALL the parts you need, and all the issues worked out, you could probably do the swap in a weekend if you know what you're doing and put in some good hours.
