But not only did he do that, he thought that he could get it unstuck by driving forwards and backwards repeatedly. Yeah, so the paint on my driver's side passenger door and trunk is completely fucked and he ripped a giant panel outwards.

Being woken up/yelled at 5 30 in the morning to go outside in the literally freezing cold to help your dad take off his rear bumper because he somehow managed to back into your 91SS and get his bumper stuck in your wheel well.

Ah man. That sucks.
FWIW, my dad melted the grill of my old 93' when he set a propane torch on my bumper, still on, and facing my engine. On my OBW he vented a bit of my AC charge by trying to loosening one of the condensor line to comp. bolts instead of the actual mounting bolt - while I was under the car... That was a shock to hear a sharp hissing above you unexpectably.
But that doesn't really compare to having your cars exterior maimed
. My condolences.

Haha thanks guys.
But my dad feels terrible so he said he would pay to have it fixed. So everything will be OK soon enough.
I swear the second that I get something fixed on my car, something else goes wrong. Like I dropped in a new engine, a day later I had rod knock. Two days ago I replaced my fuel pump and everything worked great, then this happened.
Grrr. It's just frustrating.
Doug, I may need that driver's side passenger door...

These cars are old. That's how it is. They're very reliable compared to most their age, but unless you're going to do a full restoration, it's only going to get worse. I like to think of these cars like Clint Eastwood - he doesn't kick as much ass as he used to, but he's still more than capable of asking you if you feel lucky.
Midnight in a Perfect World on Amazon or order anywhere. The first book in a quartet chronicling the rise of a man from angry criminal to philanthropist. Midnight... is a distopic noirish novel featuring 'Duchess', a modified 1990 Subaru Legacy wagon.

Look on the bright side... that part of the car will look like new... while the rest doesnt! Good excuse to get a respray! lol jk

Hahaha that is a pretty good way of looking at it.
Yeah, Jake, I think I might pick up a door from you guys when I get my turbo and intercooler put on.
My dad even offered to have the entire car resprayed in whatever color I want. This day went from freaking terrible to amazing!! Hahaha.
