I just got a 90 Legacy 2.2L. It has a check engine light. I had some
documents that try to describe the code read procedure, but I don't
understand it.
How do I find the read memory and test mode connectors? I looked
under the dash and found many connectors. How do I know which are
correct? What combination do I use to connection/disconnection do I
use for reading codes? I don't understand the difference betweeen the
different modes (U-check, read memory, D-check, clear memory).
Thanks for the help.

How to read fault codes
Not sure if you got this figured out. I just got around to getting to
check my emails after getting my computer back up.
I've got instructions and what the codes are on my site, under
notes&tips section www.personal.psu.edu/jcc189/subaru/subaru.html if
you have any other questions, drop me a line
