The aluminum shroud needs the "medieval" work. No other way to get it off.

I got that part already. I tried on one too, but it didn't have that big aluminum tip on it.





Where can I get the plastic caps for them? I've been looking for a while today and all I can find are the Bosch style caps.

Try Doctor Injector. I picked up 8 from the local one in Portland

Back from the Dead

Did anyone send a set in to be flow tested? If so what did they test at?

If not I have about 28 injectors to send in for testing. I will match the best with a set of 4 and then sell them.
Plans are to have 1 or 2 MOD'D injectors tested first, if they test out more then 480cc then Ill have them all done, if its under 479cc then I wont have them done.

Actually this mod isnt useless at all.

I took my 270s, CAREFULLY ground the tips down to expose the pintle, and WITHOUT flowtesting (cause thats the way I roll), I am running fucking perfect, and 20psi out of T3T4 turbo.... Maybe not safely :? , but while getting the AVC-R working today, I hit 20psi many times. No lean issues.

The modded 270s are the BEST value out there if you are careful.

but what do they flow?
My megasquirt needs to know the flow rate of them for fuel calcs
