That car looks nice! Great price too and relatively low miles. If it were a stick....I'd take another loan out or something lol.
I bet that's an middle age person who never hot rodded it around too.
I'm always weary of the claims of changing oil and belts and such. Everyone says their car just had all that shit changed and I come to doubt it. What are the odds that almost everyone selling a car drops a bunch of cash on replacing timing belts and oil/coolant changes when they're selling the car anyways? I call bullshit.

Pretty sure it's gone b/c the owner deleted the ad. Priced at $1200 (OBO) it was sure to sell fast.

if you don't mind travelling a bit or waiting patiently for one around here, check Crazedlist.org regularly. It searches multiple craigslist sites.

People often do a lot of work on a car just before getting rid of it. That's usually the reason why they're getting rid of it. Imagine, it's an old car and you just spent a bunch of money getting maintenance done. Now you find a bad ball joint or the shocks are gone, or the brakes need to be replaced. Most people start to think the car's reached the EOL stage where it becomes a money pit and they want out. Not that you shouldn't be skeptical, but put yourself into the mind of a Normal (but not for too long!).
I'm selling my Mazda to get a 2nd generation Legacy wagon and I'm going to buy new front tires and replace the bad antiroll bar bracket that's annoying the shit out of me on the right side before hand so it gives the impression of being a problem-free purchase.

Midnight in a Perfect World on Amazon or order anywhere. The first book in a quartet chronicling the rise of a man from angry criminal to philanthropist. Midnight... is a distopic noirish novel featuring 'Duchess', a modified 1990 Subaru Legacy wagon.

That's mark's car! I bought the engine out of that car when he put a new one in it. I sold the block to blackbart and still have the rest of the motor in my garage waiting to get sold or scrapped.mike-tracy wrote:Here's a couple of Turbo Legacys I found on Craigslist

Really nice guy, he's had a lot of legacys. When I drove up there his son had an SS like a block down the street, he had one or two SS parts cars, a nice SS in his garage and that white TW you see for sale there. The SS in his garage was intercooled, not sure what turbo, had nice black RS seats, lowered on coilovers with wheels and a WRX hood scoop and exhaust. Probably had bigger swaybars too because he has done autocross in it before.
He's a retired machinist and just seemed like a really nice guy.
