You running fans on the front then? Doesn't look like you'll be able to clear fans in the engine bay.

Yep you should give it to me and get a REAL turbo:
(couldn't find a pic of the MTU series 4000 turbo but this should do)

How many lb/min do you plan on running with that turbo? The reason I ask is that your intercooler looks rather small for your application, especially being of a tube and fin design.
May I suggest mounting your radiator fans with an offset? If you offset the fans, you'll hit more tubes of your radiator, and possibly avoiding issues in hot weather when in traffic. I learned the hard way...

i plan to run 20psi. i wanted a big turbo so that i could keep it 20psi even at high rpm and this turbo will easily do that. my intercooler is a little bigger than shown in pic because the bumper covers some of it up.
i thought about that too with the fans but ill take a look and figure something out

That's enough to make a guy consider an H6 swap. lol I think if I did another project that would have to be it. After getting a 6spd first.93forestpearl wrote:Right on. What is the size of that comrpessor wheel? 20 psi on a 3.3L will be A LOT of power if the compressor stays efficient. Almost 60 lb/min, meaning about 600hp.

That's an interesting turbo. The inducer is a hair smaller than the 3076 but the exducer is larger. The turbine is larger too. I doubt you'll be able to maintain 20 psi to redline, but you could definitely hit that somewhere. The larger exducer should help the efficiency in the higher pressure ratios, but you won't be going that high with it.
My expectation is that your setup is have some monster torque and decent top-end HP. My prediction is 400whp and 450 whl-tq on pump gas, with a really sweet powerband.
There's no replacement for displacement.
