Need Help with 2.2T Rebuild - Paid Work (CT)

Post by Jutboy »

Hello all,
I just thought I would put a feeler out there. I have a running/driving 95 Impreza OB that I've been wanting to swap in a 2.2T drivetrain. I've wanted to do this forever but simply don't know enough (or have any friends that know enough) to do it myself.

If anyone is interested in helping me learn, I would be willing to pay. I figured we would just start with the engine rebuild and then take it from there. I can bring it some place or I can try my best to line up a warm place to work in CT (not 100% sure).

If anyone is interested reply or PM. Thanks - Justin

you might want to post in a area that is more local specific. anyone who is familiar with subaru and boxer motors could help you. im sure someone from here can offer more assistance as well. good luck.

hey jutboy, was supprized to hear your message. always good to hear from you. you know my number, yea it is still the same.

for sure I will help you out. have the pedal box you need also. have a top mount and we can set up a meet date and start the list and seperate the motor and trany. nice to hear your doing your computer work.

last time was a cold one. 15 degrees is a bit much. yet we did get it done and have a good time at it. I like the OBS's. they are lite and handle well stock. witha little work they get better.

till next week some time. see you then and please tell your lady I said hello.

good luck in the new year and be well, there's the best we can do. Daniel AKA bepa. my first granddaughter give me that name and I love her for it. Bepa
