Opinions Rotated Setup

I bought a OBX MBC and it was fail, but i have heard good and bad things about this setup. what do you think

its on ebay, but the brand is OBX, its not the Godspeed crap.

I have a buddy that has used those turbos and he said the bearings are crap. So, he buys them and rebuilds them with a good rebuild kit. Then they are good to go.

OBX is on par with Godspeed in my opinion. That is my personal opinion. You don't see the guys out there setting records with OBx do you?

i havent heard bad things about obx. but that is one big turbo.

Im just saying for the price of that questionable kit you could have a brand new precision turbo. Then a couple hundred more have your piping. Or call them and see if you can order sans turbo and put something that has a reputation of success.

im thinking about shooting for a cummins turbo, hx35 or 40. they can be had for 100-300

obx=godspeed=xsautochrome. its all junk. unless its piping or a intercooler core i wouldnt use that crap
