Beam pattern is good I got the 55watt with 8000k bulbs more white then blue I like that more not as ricer I am getting ready to put in my hella 500 's and a pair of jam legacy fogs off of a liberty gt I got them shipped from the uk for $60 score I will put u lots of pics when I am done and on a side note I drove a 2011 STI sedan this past weekend and if you didn't see the pink STI logo in the dash i would have thought I was in a maxima on the other hand it was so smooth driving it was scary 85mph felt like 60mph in our cars I think if I had my pic I would still get a 06-07 but I'm not getting an STI anytime soon but I encourage everyone to take a test drive

I have the same lights in my car right now, 55w 5000k, and they are excellent.

Install is easy as they are bulb specific. All you do is put the bulb in the headlight, with the factory spring. Hook up positive and negative leads to the battery, plug in the ballast's and plug the main connector right in to your stock headlight plug.

Interested...my HL still aren't great w/the GE Nighthawks.

Here's a LINK to the Raptor kits.

Use the drop downs on the right to choose specifics.... '89-91 are 9004 bulbs; '92-94 are 9003/HB2 per Sylvania's site.

For example:
Raptor HID Kit
Wattage 55W (+$10.00)
Bulb Type 9004 Hi/Lo (+$20.00)
Bulb Color 5000K

$60.00

Doesn't look like anything else is required?

I would have ordered some a little while ago if they'd ship to my apartment...But since I don't have a bank account tied to this address I can't, it's BS, probably to cover their ass when they send them out a month late.

I have a set of these from ddm tuning in my 325i, they work great but if you don't have projector lights, they can be a bit irritating.

I recently got a set of these myself. Cost me 80 total. Took a few weeks I guess due to the Christmas rush. I got the 55 watt 10,000 K set. My old bulbs were dim enough that I had to squint to see ahead sometimes so this was a much needed improvement. These lights cause reflective items to light up over a mile away. Makes the car look better too at night I find.

Just got my 35w 5000k kit for my JDM projectors on the Outback. I ordered them before x-mas and they showed up today. They also shipped from the Peoples Republic of China like Mexie's did. Install took about an hour (some modifications required) most of the time was finding a hole saw drill bit to drill the covers for the bulbs for the harness to go through. I must say for $30 plus shipping I am very impressed. I had 55w PIAA super white bulbs in them when I got the lights, the HID's are far brighter than those were. Now to order a set for the Impreza!
