Icelandic rally car build

Post by Guðni F »

Hi there, I'm a new member on the forum. My name is Guðni and I'm from Iceland and here's my Subaru Legacy.
I'm going to build a rally car but it's not supposed to be ready until the season in 2013. So I'll have plenty of time to do everything with a lot of ambition and make the car "like new". I just started on this project recently so there hasn't been a lot of work finished already but hopefully I can work on the car more than I've been doing the last 3 months. :-D

Here are some pics...

Great, exciting! What motor are you planning on using?

Thanks guys.

I'll be using EJ20 non-turbo. The group that I'll be racing in is kinda made for Subaru's. The group rules say 2.0L engine max and 4wd so I hope my Legacy will do good. :)

btw I'm not planning on to keep that color on the car, it'll probably be white or dark blue.

Welcome to the BBS!!

Nice work so far with the picture documentary.

Would you like to keep your thread here, or would you prefer to have it in the build journal forum?

Doesn't matter for me where on the forum the thread will be. :) If this thread fits better to the build journal forum then you can move it if you want. :)
