Where is the suction side of your pump coming from? You may be able to help reduce this issue by routing the suction from the AWIC core. As long as the cap is open, (assuming that is your high point) the air should come out before it goes back into the pump. If you go from the radiator/exchanger in the front to the pump and then the AWIC core, you may have more issues.
