Is this a sedan or wagon?

Are you sure you have all the clips & screws off? I've never taken the rear bumper off, so I'm not sure I can be too much help.

You could look at the liberty factory manual to see if the blow up diagrams of the rear bumper help. It may show some screws/clilps that are there.

It is a sedan... i got the ones in the wheel wheel, the ones one the side, and i tried removing the taillights but later found out they are glued in... where are those covered bolts at? I dont have an interior in the trunck so it should be easy

It's 4 bolts that hold the bumper beam in the trunk. They go straight down into the floor, a small rubber piece covers each of the bolt holes.

So you remove the oval looking rubber pieces and the circle rubber pieces closest to the tail light that is your four bolts for the bumper bea, which is attached to bumper... now there is two bolts along the sides on driver its in your jack holder passenger side about the same spot... there is a bolt in each of the wheel wheels(bumper notched for bolts)... im pretty sure but not positive that there is two 10mm by the tailights as wheel... that is what i had to remove to take bumper off... tools 17mm with air air impact(rust), 12mm and 10mm should be the only tools you need besides the tools to remove your trunk interior

The lights aren't "glued in" but rather just really tacky sealant. Just 4 nuts on studs to remove, and push the light out.

muffin77 is correct
there are 10mm nuts on the inside corners of the bumper as well as the outer corners in the wheel wheels
the rest are only coming off with the beam removed with the bumper cover still on
