Why does my engine sputter at 5500 rpm??????

Ive noticed that when i really get up in the rpms and psi my engine sputters a bit, you cant really hear it but you can feel it not accelating smoothly....Is this bad?

When was the last time you did a tune up? More particularly spark plugs. How old is your fuel filter? What about fuel pump?

everything has less than 4k on it

Stock ej22t? Do you have the correct spark plug gap? Did you check, double check, and re-check your timing? How about checking your catalytic converter to see if it's clogged?

I'm sure you mean everything when you say it all has less than 4k but explain what all you have recently done. Details on the motor as well.
