They might rub and they're 1" taller than the tires I run on my lowered legacy which would rub like crazy if the fenders weren't rolled. Your speedo may be off some due to the taller tires.

nope they dont, the tire wont clear the rear struts.

Going wider with stock struts you'd probably need a lower offset.
