I apologize, if your internal seals were bad you sould be seeing smoke out the exhaust and possibly in the engine bay if you have a bad uppipe/downpipe gasket. If you don't see any leaks, it's hard to tell. Check your power steering, axel boots, and other things that may be leaking. If something is dripping, it will show. Even if it's burning off it will still leave a mark.

Regarding the BPV, it is supposed to be open at idle. That is the whole point of the BPV....it opens when the intake manifold sees vacuum to allow pressure downstream of the turbo compressor and between the throttle plate vent into the compressor inlet. You can remove the BPV and try to blow through it. You should not be able to blow through it.

Really? Crazy.. I stand corrected. I will not argue with you, Josh. But I just was almost certian it should not be leaking at idle. Also why would it explain his car running better when plugged?

I guess we should clarify "leaking". The valve should not be leaking, it should however open up at idle.

As far as why it runs better, that I'm not sure. I'd check to make sure there are no external cracks on the BPV or hose coming into or leaving the BPV.

So recirculated  the bpv back into the air intake. It ran slight better but still bad. I would step on it and got nothing. Nothing at all. Just a nasty bog.I onlygot 4 psi. I believe it's a vacuum leak I can't find then.

Go get a smoke test, they're pretty cheap and will tell you right away.
