Post by L-Tuned BD »

Hi All,
I'm looking for the 22mm Whiteline, 3 point adjustable rear sway bar that fits first & second gen Legacy's. The part number is BSR19XXZ. Willing to buy new or used - must be in good, usable condition. Located in Seattle, will pay for shipping.

Thank you.

I also had an order out for 10 weeks before I finally cancelled. I felt like it was never going to show up. This was closer towards the beginning of the year. What a drag!

I've been waiting a year now. Contacted tons of Aussie boys and they all say the same thing.. "They are on the boat on the way over m8, don't worry". I bet Whiteline hasn't made one since 2014.

It's getting to the point that I don't think that they will be remade. Finding a used one has also proven to be impossible.

Damn L Tuned, if you score a new one I will be jealous. I just cancelled my year wait on one as nobody from Whiteline has a clue and thankfully my eBay seller understood. I tried almost every online dealer and have been all across the internet for a year, even Australia's Craigslist with no luck haha.

I have one that fits a second gen Legacy. I took it off my 95 L wagon and put it on my 03 WRX but I can't get it to stop clunking with my Kartboy endlinks so I am going to put the stock swaybar back on. It feels great but the clunking is driving me crazy.

It didn't make any noise on my 95 L.

I thought that swaybars weren't interchangeable between first and second gens because of the bushing mounts and that to get a second gen on a first gen you have to move the bushing mounts.

Anyway, if anyone is interested send me a PM. I am going to pull it off my wrx one of these days soon and sell it. I think I paid $180 for it. It's in good shape, just a few paint flecks missing from installing it a few times.

Since it is for a wagon it has a deeper set of bends for the rear spare tire well but will fit a second gen sedan or wrx.

Hey Everyone,
Just an update, I did get a rear sway bar from EJ22T SS out of Idaho. Thank you, Steve! It's an older, 20mm RSB (BSR19XZ). Hope this post helps find some other rear sway bars on people's cars who are looking.

Thanks for the support all.
