Limits of the SAAB900 IC?

What are the limits of this intercooler? How efficient is it? It seems like the best option for me, but I want to be sure it'll keep things cool enough.

Will it be good for ~15psi?

What kind of pressure drop will I see with the SAAB unit?

The only limit I see to it is the size. It's obviously not going to flow like a WRX one or STI TM, but for the price, it is a heck of a deal.
