Damn man, where are you going to school? About fifteen years ago I worked at Vons (which is owned by Safeway) in San Diego. It was pretty fun actually.

Yesterday I was very bored so I cleaned everything out of the back of the car. It was mostly spare interior parts and other assorted bullshit. I think with a nice shampoo the carpet will look super clean! Too bad my cargo cover was stolen, and I was poor when homie here had one for me.

My little girl wanted to pretend for a bit too, which is cool cause I do the same thing:

Threads like yours are making me all fizzy inside... the urges for my own AWD and/or 5sp and/or turbo swap grow strong!
And there's a $400 5sp/AWD donor car on craigslist near me... and it's a waggin'... now I'm wanting to fix it's head gaskets and drive it too, if it's otherwise good to go

Thank you for the inspiration :)
And nice work!

I am trying to buy a turbo inlet hose now and having a little trouble. There are a few no-name options that say they are for an EJ20k but no name brand stuff at all. Will an EJ20g one work for me? I am looking to replace my OEM piece that I broke.

Thanks in advance everyone!

i may be wrong, but i think most under the manifold inlets should work, just like the 20g 90 degree elbow and the stock 22t elbow, theyre basically the same part, but you have to reroute some hoses and such.

I believe you are right. A friend is sending me an OEM 02+ WRX inlet to try before I but a silicone one.

Another question, the word is the TMIC that matches my motor won't fit because of the firewall, but as of now thats just hearsay. Does anyone have definitive evidence that it in fact will not fit? I measured how much room I have and it seems like I could run a few different TMIC's without hitting the firewall, but I can't find someone who took actual measurements.

Ok, I found a gracious person to measure their V4 tmic for me. I honestly think it would fit, what do you guys think?

That's so clean Joe, those volks look so good on the car as well. Probably the cleanest first gen wagon I've seen to date, and RHD none-the-less. Love when I see these updates pop up!

Hey thanks so much man! It definitely motivates me to hear people’s feedback.

Today some stuff came in. A pair of new headlight connectors to replace my damaged one, and also some radiator stays that aren’t even close to fitting. I’ll probably just make some, like I should’ve done in the first place. I bought some mishi slim fans and shroud, hopefully that comes soon.
