Hi everybody how are you?
Recently my legacy is having problems with the gear selector. The drive mode does not engage but from first to third gear (Manual mode) it does. Has anyone had this problem and been able to solve it?

Can you elaborate on the issue some more? Is the issue the gear selector or that the transmission is not engaging those gears unless you put the gear selector in one of the positions 1, 2, or 3?

Does the indicator on the dash reflect the position of the selector?
'93, '93 and '94 Legacy L, wagons, FWD and AWD, all are NA 2.2 w/ 4EAT.
