The Legacy Central BBS makes no guarantees about the services and products vendors offer. Caveat Emptor is and has always been the rule of the careful buyer.

If a buyer has a claim of unjust treatment against a vendor, the site administrators will consider any claims, after their resolution, and decide whether or not the vendor will retain their status.
