Needed: Legacy Central Logo

Post by DLC »

We need a logo of some sort, simple and not BBS-specific. Something with Legacy Central in it in some way. I'd prefer that you don't use the Subaru logo, but i will accept submissions with that theme for potential use.

The larger the image and DPI, the better it will be for use on some merchandise, so keep that in mind.

I really like Dave Carter's (I think it's his -- right?) hand-drawn Legacy.

I'm using that both for the bumper sticker and the front of the t-shirt, and will probably continue that for a while, but i'd like something simple and recognizeable for a logo.

first one of thawa's batch is pretty cool. Though I'm still a huge fan of the double L Legacy emblem, its cool looking and very recognizable.

This is the largest Image I could find, One could trace it in corel draw and get a usable vector image.

That's pretty good. I also like the double "L"s though. That image LegacyT used is a little fuzzy though.

That's a great logo, but it would have to be really small as a sticker. Maybe stretch the "legacycentral.org" to cover more of the width of the bottom.

That is nice, but i'd remove the "bbs.legacycentral.org" completely or, as was suggested, change the font and stretch it the width of the image.

Well, maybe you do. I think we could use a few dozen more women preferably single and in the North Shore Boston area.

I would get rid of the driving under the the stars part, way too cheesy. I'd Also put the big logo on the back and have a nice small version on the left breast area on the front.

I was being sarcastic... there definitely should be more legacy ladies, but unfortunately, they just dont seem to have any appreciation for our cars.

i dont blame them

Design suggestion

Post by luckylouie »

I think the majority of the merchandise sold at the Legacy Central Store is likely to be purchased by the users of this board.
So I thought nothing better than a design that is known by everyone:

I'd appreciate your comments.

Hehehe.... I think that's really cute. Except, I believe those are the default smilies that come with phpBB, so many boards have the exact same look there.
