anyone here in Nor cal? BBQ at my shop on the 17th

Post by Nate S »

Hey guys,
I have a new shop in sac called S-Squared ( www.ss-ms.com )
we are doin subie and rally prep, ( well some other types too but... ) . Anyway, to kinda introduce the shop we are going to have a bbq sat after next at the shop, trying to get some people to come take a look, have some bbq and hang out and chat subies for an afternoon.
Shop is located off of Recycle Rd in Rancho Cordova ( where the junkyards are ) there is a map on the website if you check it out, along with some forums the sac guys can use for local stuffs if they want.

Mods if there is any chance we could sticky this I would appreciate it.
THX.

EDIT
forgot to put what time, we will be there from 10-5 and the bbq fires up at noon.

I'm in Oakland and my uncle is in Granite Bay. I actually need to go to those places in Rancho Cordova, so I may be heading up that way anyways. What's the date of the affair? There's also a BBQ at Baker Beach with the i-Club guys on that day...IIRC.

That's a different day completely. I had my mental calendar all screwed up. I will do my best to swing by. It's always cool to meet another Legacy enthusiast. What time are the festivities to commence?

yea it was fun, sat was kinda a loss though, we went to the service area, spent an hour + setting up and never even used it . Good times though, ended up hanging out with Lauglin O'Sullivan at the bar for a few hours so that was cool.

were you there as crew/racer or were you spectating?

I was just spectating. Maybe next year I'll have someone to crew for. It was fun as hell anyways. Got to meet John Felstead of NASIOC fame and Nicky Grist. It's always fun getting to hang out with car/rally nuts for a weekend though.
