pre-lift turbo? was only in the USA and JDM. In Europe we got turbo in facelift models only.

You mean these? Those are JDM prelift turbo but you need that bumper as well.

do the pre facelift headlights have the seperate driving light in them? i heard some have it, i not sure if thats true or not...

all EDM or JDM headlights have so called city lights in them.
