Just came across this old Top Gear from when the 1990 Legacy Sedan was new. Neat!

Ha, awesome!
Im sure most of you know by now but season 2 of mighty car mods
http://www.mightycarmods.com has some excellent montages of Marty fixing up and modding his liberty that are amazing reference material, especially for the amateur mechanic like me. However this is youtube only so I suppose it doesn't qualify for the topic at hand.

Finally managed to see Pacific Rim. I think one of the characters is standing in front of a wrecked sf Forester in a flash back scene.

The new Legacy commercial features a 1st gen. Legacy. They show a father teaching his son to drive in their old car. Not sure of trim, but its a white sedan.

Crazy technology in the new Subaru's . Not sure how I feel about it. Creates more opportunity for electronic failures .

All in all I think eye sight is a good technology. A lot of the higher end manufacturers have similar systems. It however may be intrusive if you're hooning around...which I'm sure all of us have a desire to do every now and then.

EyeSight looks pretty awesome, I gotta say. Impressive. As would be my normal first response, though, "as long as I can disable it for certain situations, sounds great!"
That new commercial with the teenager learning to drive stick in the 1st gen Legacy is excellent. New favorite Subaru commercial.

heh, i'm pretty sure there's just a model that's already made up that they dump in to the episode. But it's always fun to try and spot it.

I'm always curious how accurate they are for trim levels.
