Ok, so I finally got it all sorted out and it works. Power folding mirrors, full EDM headlights, full EDM tails, and headlight sprayer. I will have a full write up of how to install these items with pics and all the good stuff when I get the time. Hopefully sooner than later. Everything is wired up basiclly factory.

Well, I just ordered some more coolant lines to hopefully get this damn car running. Intake is just about done. It will be pretty shitty setup for the time being. I just want to get this car running.

Well I finally got to the point where I could turn the key first time since Sep and what do you know! She started up first try with no problems. Well she is running rough at the moment because the intake is ghetto rigged so that it would work but I was able to drive her around the complex. The main problem I am having right now is that if I try to blip the throlle it will get stuck at like 3000 rpms and I am forced to shut her off. I checked the throttle cables and they arnt getting stuck. so was wondering maybe the TPS?

Yeah, TPS is the likely culprit. Check the idle switch on the TPS and that the resistance of the TPS changes smoothly.

Ok so still havent solved the hanging idle problem.
Checked:

Injectors
resistance-good 12.4 ohms
unpluged while running, all are receiving power

TPS
resistance- good on 1-2, 2-3
feeler gauge- continuity fixed on .035 inch

IAC
resistance- good
wasn't able to to remove to check for stuck shutter but believe I heard the shutter open and close. Car stalls if I hold the hose closed

PCV Valve
functions

Intake
Well it is ghetto but the car starts fine and will drive.

Spark plugs
pulled each wire at the coil and it ran on 3 cylinders upon removing each wire as it should.

So the funny thing is I still believe it is the TPS. I still get the code 31. So I had just got done fixing the postion of the TPS and had forgot to plug the connector back on and started the car and..... no more problem. Car drives like it doesn't need it. Idles correctly and when I give it gas it doesn't hold. So could it still be the TPS even though it checked out ok and why does the car drive without it plugged in? Car hits about 6 psi since I have the stock boost controller still being used.

I'm having a problem with my tps as well. It stalls randomly like its cutting fuel and I have the tps code in my ecu. I replaced it with a brand new oem tps and that only made it worse. Are you running the ej20g robtune ecu? Wondering if its due to the wiring with the swapped of pins and all that crap or the ignitor rigged ignition conversion setup.

Yea i was reading some of your problems but I don't have a 20G ECU or robtune. Try unplugging your TPS and see if the car drives. That's what I did.

Have you checked the wiring from the TPS to the ECU to make sure it's good?

No and I am not sure exactly how. Just continuity test? I didn't mess with the ECU though but I guess I ill test just to eliminate the option.

Yes, just run a continuity test from the TPS connector in the engine bay to the specific pins at the ECU to make sure you have 0 ohms or very close to it.

Alright found the issue. Thankfully I have 2 first gens so trouble shooting can be easy at times. Well I was doing some testing on the 90 LS TPS and was getting the same readings as I did on 90 SS. So I kept looking and trying different things and then I found it... I had restored a lot of the wiring on the SS in the process of the build and realized that the order of the colors didnt match the 90 LS. Depinned the plug, reconnected it and problem solved. I wish this could be of help to the others that have been having issues with the TPS but my issue was caused by me.

So got the intake about where it is going to be for awhile. Was able to put an intake on just barely but I got it figured out. Had to cut the MAF on the forward part to get rid of the flange so I could slide the filter on and gained about 3 extra inches. When I redo the intake hopefully soon it will be done in metal as much as possible. Got her washed up, clayed, and polished. Still haven't put the fenders on or bumper. Was in the process of installing the headlight spayers but having trouble taking the bumper cover off the beam. Also can't install my fog lights because they won't work with USDM bumper which I didn't think would.

Ok so went ahead and ordered my tires from Discounttire. Very beautiful looking tire and nothing I don't need. Dry and wet is all I need here in Mobile. Sticky with 16'' wheels to get the car a little lower and will be running 205/45/16 Can't want to get them put ont he gold snowflakes.

Thanks CJ and yea I just taped over the badge haha. Got lucky on the head rests. Joined a subaru club down here and teh next week some guys was getting rid of them and I instantly jumped on them. Had to be some dealer special or something.

So I tried to put on my rain visors today and with no luck. !st thing is with a roof rack they will not sit flush and 2nd thing is you have to have the windows down a bit to close and open the doors. Doesn't quite make sense.
