Josh...that is exactly what he is doing. What is the proper way to calibrate the software with a MAP for analog deflection?

Well I had to dig back through the old PP stuff I had to remember how to set this up. Normally the AMP or MAP sensor goes to the AMP input, however for this setup your using it for the deflection. The deflection when using anything other than the throttle sensor can only be set using the DOS program. Below is a copy and paste from the section in the DOS manual on how to set the deflection. I will note that you will likely want to use deflection percentages a little lower than idle conditions and a little higher than "full load" conditions so you fully span your operating window.

6.1 Analog Deflection Calibration
This procedure is required to link the analog deflection detection to the cursor row movement. The analog voltage for this movement may come from:
ANALOG AIRFLOW METER
Throttle sensor
Other
The voltage is normally LOAD dependant, but anything can be used.
1. Put the engine to IDLE, or no LOAD, or throttle closed and read of the percentage displayed under: AnaDefl: ss%
2. Type in DL ss, where ss is the number just read from the display.
3. Put the engine under full load, or throttle wide open, and read the number
Displayed under: Ana.Defl:ee%
4. Type DH ee, where ee is the number just read from the display.
5. This completes the calibration.
6. Obviously, you can enter other analog deflection limits to achieve the desired effect. The SMT6 will do a linear extrapolation for the 6 points in between.
It is possible to set any analog deflection point, thus spreading the mid section of the scale. The command is:
DM p %
Where: p = position 0-7
% = percentage throttle
It is the operator’s responsibility to assure that the percentages are logical: the lowest on the left at position 0.

I'm assuming you're talking about the bucking and overall weird intermittent issues with the PP6?

If so, that's why I ended up going with something else....I just couldn't get it to consistently behave.

The car ran fine with the bypass plug or the PP6 with a zero'ed map when I sold it. What issues are you having? Check the crank sensor plug under the throttle body, I had a couple problems with it missing because of that plug but they were fixed when I sold it.

If I were you I would check the crank sensor plugs under the throttlebody. Also check for vacuum leaks. Then check all the maintenance items like spark plugs, wires etc.
