Question: an used turbo...old turbo, probably almost blown  turbo. Can it burn oil??? I mean...leak, get into the intake and get burned. Is that possible??? And if it is possible...wouldn't that look like piston rings are gone? (except that the compression would be good) I mean, wite smoke, droping oil level...you know.

When I had my intake out...it seemed oily inside...and the turbo housing seems VERY oily. Dot dripping but ...oily :?:

Yes, I believe it is possible, minoru. A blown oil seal in the turbo cartridge could allow oil into the intake or the exhaust.

Yeah

I guess it's time for a turbo rebuild. Any advice about that? (I am gonna search for some threads anyways but I could use ur help. Thanks)
