Holy smoke! The dealership wants 170 bucks to fix the gas cap cover. That's 110 dollars labor!! I think that is too much but then I lean towards the idea that simple repair jobs should be based on complexity and not base rate. The part was 60 bucks new, 15 used.

i think that's just right for them trying to weasel their way out of it. Maybe next time that kid will think twice about hitting someones car.

That sounds like they're quoting to recable the gas release. That would require some time.

hi guy today i had some problem with my gas door panel locking mechanism.

i have to pull the lever a lot of time so the pin can pop up outside.
and its the same for open it too.

is this a wire problem? how can it be fix.

The cable in the wagon is a bitch to get to. It's run under the carpet, and NOT fun to get it. I got tired of mine being a broken POS and the door flopping out, so I got a Zeus(sp) fastner :)
