There's a hose you can get from Advance that works well.
I don't have the part number on me (the hose is in the car), but it's a 1 7/8" radiator hose that has a 90 degree bend in it.
Use that from the turbo outlet to the turbo-IC pipe, and then set it up "normally"

I think I said this in another thread too, but I found that a lower radiator hose for a 92 Jaguar XJ6 without block heater fit neatly over the stock compressor outlet and had a few useful bends in it, including a 90-degree one I think.
