215K on EJ22T?

Well I finally recieved my Ecu back, plugged it in and it fired up...with a bunch of black smoke(car sat for awhile) when you hit the gas it dies...needs a TPS sensor I think. also when I have the clutch in neutral it stays in 1st gear...I can pull out and everything..maybe the gear oil is sludged up..have to check it out tomorrow..also..without an intercooler is it possible to fit on an aftermarker BOV?
