yeah, sales were dipping, so they dropped the awd and with it the price in order to raise sales. Didn't work. Dunno why they switched again in 96 though. Well personally I never would've offered FWD if I were FHI

One of my friends has a '96 svx, from what i've heard you might wanna invest in a transmission cooler since you have one of the earlier models. Is it an awd or just front? Very nice car tho and yours looks to be in great condition.

edit: sry missed the post about when fwd came into play

Nice! With some real money I'd love a blue metallic one with a manual conversion. I remember sitting in one at our friend's dealership when they were out and I loved it. A hot chick I knew from my last job had a red one she kept trying to sell me, but I was saving for a house.

Hardy - if she weren't married, I would have. She was that hot Cambodian chick that I've mentioned before. She said once that I was too big for her because I'm a white guy. Made me think of Full Metal Jacket at the time, but now she's got me thinking of mail-order brides ...

Yea, Hardy, slick looking car!

How heavy are the SVX's? What kind of suspension mods are out there?

3500-3600

none really, the common thing is koni inserts with ground control springs. But that's pretty much it.
