LOL. Wish I had seen this while it was fresh. I was just reading it and thinking 'why doesn't he just remove the bracket that all those mounting holes are on'. I had a similar issue with mine, and I just took off the bracket and heli-coiled the hole. Planning on switching to the new style tensioner assembly with the new motor.
