I just cut the inlet and outlet pipes with a hacksaw and put hoses on. I think I had to do something with the inlet because it was so small. I can't remember exactly now what I did. Maybe welded a bigger pipe on the flange that bolts to the condenser or drilled and tapped it for a NPT barb fitting.
I got an aftermarket upgrade pump for a Typhoon. I just started searching for Typhoon stuff.

I am just using a small external oil cooler that measures 6x12 or so and just stuck it down in front of the radiator. I do not have an AC rediator, much less AC.

I have never had the water get hot, or even warm. Then again, I havent driven it hard in the summer.

Yeah if I was to do it again i would just get a big tranny cooler and stick it in front of the radiator. I would go to a truck parts store to get a big one.
The stock radiator for the AWIC is pretty small and does well up to a good amount of HP.
