I really hope it turns out alright for you, Julien at Lachute is a fair and really honest guy, but i think he got screwed much more than you when Mark left the shop. Mark had the DMS contract, HE was the representative, and Lachute, where he worked, was the distributor.

I don't have too much details, but i think the communication between Julien and Mark are really all but easy.

It sucks for both you and Julien, that's why he's defensive when he has to deal with Mark's sh*t. But he's a great guy, i'm sure he can and will help you the very best he can.

Mark dragged down Lachute's name and preresented himself as their employee, so he was representing them. Reguardless of fact, that's how it came off, and unfortunately, Lachute is on the line here too.

I wouldn't say I was a surgeon then cut the hell out of you, and when I messed up say that I wasn't really a surgeon. You would still sue the fuck out of me.

I DID post this on Nasioc, but in an ill frequented forum (Vendor Reviews). I'll probably post it in the infamous MAIC and the NESIC and canada forums. Gotta spread the word.
