What is odd to me is an overpass with no support in the middle.

Its definitely an animal overpass. They probably had to put it in to appease a rich land owner, when they wanted to cut his farm in two with a road.

I-78 in Jersey has a bunch of "wildlife overpasses" that are planted with trees and grass, there is no road, in an effort to keep connected the two sides that were hacked apart when the road went in, in the 70's

the other thing odd is that all four cars are in the slow lane, not the passing lane. You'd probably have to take hundreds of pictures in the USA before you actually find four drivers all in the slow lane, instead of ignorantly clogging up the passing lane

I see lots of stuff wrong, first the picture is probally from the 1960s or 1970s, second it looks like it's in Germany or France, not England, third, the image looks like it has be reversed.
