My only experiences with Tein's have been good.... But I've only driven other peoples cars with them and never owned a set. They seemed nice enough to me, but a 10 to 15 mile drive isn't the life of a coilover.

One company that hasn't been mentioned yet that I feel is worth noting is KW. A friend has a set of them on his STI. Ride is stiff, but controlled and incredibly fun to throw around. They make lots of popping noises though, but that's the coolness factor of them.

As far as spherical bearing top mounts being to harsh for daily driving..... I dunno. I'm running Noltec Camber/Caster plates up front and while there was a significant increase in NVH, it's not unberable.

Jason - Will H&R be making a BC specific coilover, or are using GC coilovers going to have to suffice?

If the fdic Tein electronic adjustable shocks won't fit in a twgn--what is the next alternative.?

Had Spax manually adustables on an Alfa Sport sedan--it was bothersome
to get out and get under to adjust them. Also they wore out quickly such
that to keep them firm they had to be "turned up" frequently.

That's until they became soft, then you bought new ones

exactly two more reasons why you don't NEED adjustable shocks.
