8mpg? man that sucks...

I'm driving a '94 buick century right now that I borrowed from a friend, and I can watch the gas gauge move while I drive... no clue what the mileage is though

to give you an idea of how bad the mileage is, I'm at 166 miles and my gas light just turned on

I was under the impression that Azn2nr was swapping his EJ22 into the Impreza...

And no, your car is def. not 4100 lbs...probably more like 3200-3300 lbs.

Mine is 2990, to give you an idea...you don't have 1100 lbs on me, no way in hell.

you can boost an EJ18 and then throw it away when you blow it up?

Laurel, I'm telling you, running it at red-line doesn't help your gas mileage. Come on, even on tanks where I race my car, I don't get below 19 MPG.

you have an N/A car that isn't throwing codes, though.

my turbo car isn't throwing codes either. It just hates me. :) That's okay, I'll show her. ;)

TTIWWOP!!!1! what the fuck does this mean? if i think what it mean's SOME ONE IS GOING TO GET WACKED like the wonder bread sapranos "say"

anyways azn2nr good work on getting your impreza i like it.

when its done you will have a SMILE SO BIG ON YOUR FACE, only if the pepole on this board could drive my car, they would do this swap so fast.

legacy turbos are a sport sedan, i wanted a sport sedan rocket, "dont hate the player, hate the game"

april 6 dyno day for me. i raced a wrx with a turbo fan the size of my WOP fist the other day, he had 356hp on the floor. hwy 240kms he beat me but it was like a slow pull away from me, so i think i got 320hp stock 12psi. dyno tune it i think 19psi 450 500 hp on the floor. o ya he runs 12sec q-mile.

The first time I saw TTIWWOP I thought it had something to do with insulting Italians too... a search revealed only one post (at the very bottom) that spelled it out: This Thread Is Worthless WithOut Pictures

The WOP in this case does not stand for WithOut Passage. :)

4100 pounds? I would never have bought the car if it weighed 4100lbs. That's heavier than a V8 Taurus!

I think I weighed 3090 or something with a full interior and a second set of wheels in the car. Half a tank of gas though.
