*** FIXED ***
It was blocked coolant lines I believe. I drained the coolant today and you wouldnt believe the amount of rust and crap that came out of the radiator!

The heater trucks along quite happily now.
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP AND SUGGESTIONS.
